The missing infant/child/minor was last known to be at OPEN ARMS LEARNING CENTER, DAYCARE, LOCATED AT 222 EAST WADE AVE., MTN. HOME, AR., on this date at approximately 11:30 A.M. The missing INFANT/CHILD/MINOR may now be in the company of unknown white Female, approximately 20 years old, short blonde hair in a pony tail, tie dye shirt, shorts.

BABY HAS BEEN FOUND,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,MOUNTAIN HOME, Ark. (AP) - Police say an 18-year-old Norfork woman was arrested on suspicion of kidnapping a Mountain Home toddler, who was found safe late Monday night.
Police arrested Samantha Ann House-Baser in the kidnapping of 16-month-old Aiden Chase Mullin, who was taken from the Open Arms Learning Center on Monday morning.
Mountain Home Police Department Criminal Investigator Nevin Barnes told Mountain Home radio station KTLO that House-Baser was arrested after police received a tip from a man who saw her with the young boy.
Police don't yet have a motive.
"The family's never heard of her," Barnes said. "So it's just been - it's strange. It really is strange."
he kidnapped 2 young girls at knife point. he is suppose to be armed and dangerous as well.
